How long does shipping take and where does it ship from?
The product ships from our warehouse in Madrid within 24-48 business hours. Delivery 2-4 business days within mainland Spain and 3-7 days to the rest of the EU. Flat rate of 16€ both to Spain and the EU (27 countries). Tracked shipping.
Does it come with a VAT invoice and what warranty does it have?
Yes, invoice with Spanish VAT (CIF ES50338088N). 24-month warranty handled directly with Teltonika; we process the RMA so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer.
Do you offer technical support and pre-configuration?
Yes. Technical support in Spanish via email (info@trackiber.com) and WhatsApp (+34 630 88 28 19). Pre-shipment configuration at no extra cost: tell us your carrier's APN and your platform's IP/port in the order notes and it arrives ready to go.
Is the FMT100 compatible with Wialon, Traccar, Fleet Complete and other platforms?
Yes. The FMT100 speaks the standard Teltonika protocols (Codec 8 and 8E over TCP). Compatible with Wialon, Traccar, Flespi, GpsGate, Fleet Complete, Navixy, Fletaro and any platform that accepts standard Teltonika protocols.
Which SIM do I need?
Any SIM with a data plan. For fleets, M2M / IoT SIMs are better (Movistar M2M, Vodafone M2M, EMnify, Truphone) — they're more stable than consumer ones and come with flat-rate data. Nano size (4FF) on most modern models.
Does a 2G device still make sense today with the announced shutdown?
