Web: trackiber.es
Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern the sale of products through the trackiber.es website. Placing an order implies express acceptance of these terms, which are available for consultation and download before the purchase is formalised.
The products offered are Teltonika telematics and geolocation hardware for fleets, as well as compatible accessories. Technical descriptions, specifications and prices are published on each product page.
Prices and contract formation
All prices shown on trackiber.es are expressed in euros (EUR) and include Spanish VAT (21%) applicable to telecommunications products. Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately before the order is confirmed.
The contract is considered formalised when the customer receives the order confirmation issued by Trackiber by email. Until then, the seller reserves the right not to accept the order (due to an error in the published price, lack of real stock or suspected fraud), fully refunding any amount charged.
Payment methods
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely by the payment gateway.
- Bank transfer (recommended for B2B orders over 500 €). The order is prepared once the deposit is confirmed.
- Other methods available at checkout (Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) depending on current configuration.
Card data is not stored on the store servers. Processing is carried out entirely by the payment gateway, which complies with the PCI-DSS standard.
Shipping and delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation for shipments to mainland Spain and to the European Union. Standard shipping costs are 16 € per order, both for Spain and the EU.
If, when processing the order, an issue is detected that may affect the delivery time (stock shortage, carrier delay), Trackiber will contact the customer by email with the new estimate. The customer may then accept the new term or cancel the order with a full refund.
Risk and ownership of the products pass to the customer upon delivery.
Invoice
An invoice with Spanish VAT is issued for each order. The invoice is sent by email after payment is confirmed. If the buyer is a company or freelancer and needs an invoice with a company VAT ID / Tax ID, this must be indicated at checkout (field "company name" / "VAT ID") or requested by email at info@trackiber.es.
B2B nature of the contract
Trackiber sells professional telematics hardware for companies, freelancers and professionals in fleet management, installers and resellers. The buyer states that they are acting within the scope of their economic or professional activity.
Consequently, the contractual relationship is governed by the Spanish Commercial Code and Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade, and consumer and user protection legislation does not apply (RDL 1/2007), including the section on the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Returns and warranty
As there is no legal right of withdrawal, returns are discretionary and handled case by case as set out in the Return policy. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense except when the reason is a manufacturing defect, a logistics error attributable to Trackiber or transport damage notified within the deadline.
Products are covered by the 24-month Teltonika commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. Additionally, the hidden-defects regime of the Spanish Commercial Code applies (art. 342: 30 days from delivery for apparent defects; art. 1,484 of the Civil Code for hidden defects). Details on the warranty page.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The language of the contract is Spanish. The applicable law is Spanish. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the contract, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
