Will these devices work with my specific vehicle?
The catalogue covers everything from cars and vans to 40-tonne trucks, motorcycles, trailers and machinery. Models with integrated CAN bus (FMC150, FMC003) have native compatibility with 1,800+ manufacturer models — real odometer, fuel and RPM directly from the vehicle bus.

How long does delivery take and where do you ship?
3-5 business days to mainland Spain and the EU, with real stock in Spain. Free shipping to mainland and to the 27 EU countries. Orders before 14:00 ship the same day.
You do not wait for it to arrive from Poland or Lithuania as with cheap importers — the goods are physically in our warehouse.
Do I need a SIM card and/or a platform subscription?
Yes: the device sends data over 2G/4G mobile network depending on the model, so it needs a SIM with an M2M data plan (from ~1 €/month/device if contracted with an M2M operator).
To visualise and manage the fleet, the Teltonika protocol is open and compatible with commercial platforms (Wialon, Traccar, Fleet Complete, GpsGate) and with custom developments via JSON API. You choose how to operate it; we sell you the certified hardware.
How is the device installed?
Three options depending on the model: OBD-II plug & play (FMC003, ~30 seconds, no tools), 12/24V wired (most: red to permanent positive, black to ground, optional orange to ignition), and magnetic / internal battery (TAT240, FTC880 — no install, stick it on and go).

What warranty do I have and what happens if it arrives defective?
24-month Teltonika commercial warranty + 3-year legal warranty for retail consumers under Spanish law. The IMEI is registered in the official Teltonika system the day it ships: full traceability.
If anything is defective, RMA managed by Trackiber directly with the manufacturer. We do not send you to Lithuania. Average resolution time: 5-10 business days.
Why are you 15-25% more expensive than Polish importers?
Straight answer: because you get stock in Spain with a Spanish VAT invoice, written technical support in Spanish from people who have deployed this hardware in real fleets, RMA handled here, and 3-5 day delivery without intra-EU processing.

What is FOTA and why does it matter?
FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) is the remote firmware update of the device. When Teltonika releases a new version — bug fix, new vehicle support, consumption improvement — you apply it to the entire fleet from the console without sending technicians to the workshop.
