How long does shipping take and where does it ship from?
The product ships from our Madrid warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Delivery to mainland Spain in 2-4 business days and 3-7 days to the rest of the EU. Flat rate of 16€ for both Spain and the EU (27 countries). Tracked shipping.
Does it come with a VAT invoice and what warranty does it have?
Yes, invoice with Spanish VAT (CIF ES50338088N). 24-month warranty handled directly with Teltonika; we process the RMA so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer.
Do you offer technical support and pre-shipping configuration?
Yes. Technical support in Spanish by email (info@trackiber.com) and WhatsApp (+34 630 88 28 19). Pre-shipping configuration at no extra cost: provide the carrier APN and your platform's IP/port in the order notes and it arrives ready to go.
Does the FMB209 read the vehicle's CAN bus?
The FMB209 is Advanced with no native CAN. To read OEM data (mileage, fuel consumption, AdBlue, RPM) combine it with an external CAN-CONTROL adapter (LV-CAN200 for cars/light vans, ALL-CAN300 for mixed fleets including trucks). Covers ~1,500 models.
What's the difference with an FMC150 with native CAN?
The FMC150 has integrated native CAN (single piece, ~600 models covered). This combination with external CAN-CONTROL covers ~1,500 models including older cars and machinery. More universal but requires 2 pieces of hardware. See our CAN bus in fleets post for the full analysis.
