How long does shipping take and where does it ship from?
The product ships from our Madrid warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Delivery to mainland Spain in 2-4 business days and 3-7 days to the rest of the EU. Flat rate of 16€ for both Spain and the EU (27 countries). Tracked shipping.
Does it come with a VAT invoice and what warranty does it have?
Yes, invoice with Spanish VAT (CIF ES50338088N). 24-month warranty handled directly with Teltonika; we process the RMA so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer.
Do you offer technical support and pre-shipping configuration?
Yes. Technical support in Spanish by email (info@trackiber.com) and WhatsApp (+34 630 88 28 19). Pre-shipping configuration at no extra cost: provide the carrier APN and your platform's IP/port in the order notes and it arrives ready to go.
How is it attached to the asset?
Magnetic on most models (TAT240, TAT140): built-in neodymium magnets that stick directly to metal surfaces. 10-second installation, equally quick removal. No wiring.
How much battery life does it provide?
Up to 5 years in sleep mode + wake-on-motion (transmits only when there's movement). In continuous hourly tracking: 12-18 months. The battery is replaced internally.
Does it work as an active anti-theft device?
Yes. Detects movement via accelerometer, angle change and internal light. Immediate alert to your platform and SMS/push if the asset leaves the configured geofence. Can be combined with an external siren for complete anti-theft.
