How long does shipping take and where does it ship from?
The product ships from our Madrid warehouse within 24-48 business hours. Delivery to mainland Spain in 2-4 business days and 3-7 days to the rest of the EU. Flat rate of 16€ for both Spain and the EU (27 countries). Tracked shipping.
Does it come with a VAT invoice and what warranty does it have?
Yes, invoice with Spanish VAT (CIF ES50338088N). 24-month warranty handled directly with Teltonika; we process the RMA so you don't have to deal with the manufacturer.

What are RS232 and RS485 used for on the FMB225?
RS232 and RS485 are serial interfaces for external sensors: temperature probes, capacitive fuel sensors, passenger counters, RFID readers, refrigeration units. Accepts up to 4 daisy-chained accessories over RS485.
Why dual SIM?
Automatic failover between two networks/carriers (e.g. Movistar + Vodafone) or between a domestic SIM and M2M with roaming. Useful in international fleets or when a single carrier doesn't guarantee coverage along the entire route.
