Trackiber sells Teltonika hardware through the manufacturer's official channel, with an invoice issued in Spain and warranty managed directly with Teltonika for the devices sold in this store.

Why the official channel matters

The vehicle telematics market has Teltonika product moving through different channels. Buying from an official distributor vs. an unauthorised reseller translates into four practical differences:

01 · Firmware

Factory-verified firmware

Devices with the official firmware released by Teltonika. No third-party modifications, no firmware locked to a specific platform. Compatible with your current platform and with FOTA Web without extra steps.

02 · Garantía

RMA managed with the manufacturer

We manage the 24-month commercial warranty directly with Teltonika. If your unit shows a covered defect, we do not repair it on our own: it goes back to the official circuit and you receive a factory unit.

03 · IMEI

IMEI registered in the Teltonika system

Each unit ships with its IMEI registered in the manufacturer panel. This gives you automatic FOTA Web enrolment and direct manufacturer support if you need it at any point in the lifecycle.

04 · Cadena

Traceable supply chain

Devices from the official Teltonika channel with an invoice issued by Trackiber. No anonymous intermediaries or parallel stock. That is the difference between a certified new device and a "grey market" device with no traceability.

02 · How you verify it on your purchase

Three buyer checks

  • Invoice with Spanish VAT ID. You receive an invoice issued by Manuel Gómez Muñoz (Tax ID 50338088N), not an intra-EU invoice from Poland or Lithuania. Your accounting department does not need to deal with VAT separately.
  • IMEI checkable in FOTA Web. After delivery, register the IMEI in your FOTA Web account. If the unit comes from the official channel, the system recognises it immediately. If it is parallel-channel, the registration fails. It is the definitive test.
  • RMA against Teltonika, not against a reseller. If you have a hardware issue during the warranty, the device travels to the official Teltonika circuit. You do not enter a reseller's internal process with no traceability.
03 · Commitment

What we commit to on every order

  • Official firmware published by Teltonika at the time of shipping. If you need an earlier version for compatibility, we pre-configure it before shipping.
  • 24-month commercial warranty + 3-year legal warranty for consumers under Spanish Law 4/2022. Details at /pages/garantia.
  • RMA with an initial 1 business day response time and a remote diagnosis before returning the device.
  • Technical support in Spanish in writing at info@trackiber.es and via WhatsApp at +34 630 88 28 19.
04 · If you are coming from a competitor

Move imported product to Trackiber support

If you already have Teltonika devices bought from another channel and want to move support and future orders to Trackiber, no hardware change is needed. The official channel covers any Teltonika unit with an IMEI registered in the system, regardless of how it entered the country.

The typical step is: you send us an IMEI list, we check the status in the official panel, we confirm coverage with you and from that moment we handle support, RMA and future orders together.
