These terms govern the use of the trackiber.es website (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by Manuel Gómez Muñoz. Browsing the Site grants user status and entails full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision contained in this legal notice.
Manuel Gómez Muñoz reserves the right to modify any information on the Site without prior notice, including this notice, as well as the presentation, configuration and availability of the Site.
Intellectual and industrial property

The trade marks and commercial models mentioned on the Site (Teltonika, FMC, FMM, FMB, TAT, FTC, Codec 8/8E/16, FOTA Web, among others) are registered trade marks of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the product being sold.

Liability
Manuel Gómez Muñoz shall not be liable, in any event, for damages of any nature that may be caused, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the Site or transmission of viruses or malicious software in the content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent it.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Teltonika wiki, fleet software platforms, social networks). The owner accepts no responsibility for the content of those external sites.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between Manuel Gómez Muñoz and the user is governed by Spanish law in force. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless applicable law provides for a specific jurisdiction (particularly in consumer matters, where the consumer's place of residence governs).
